    And an important fact you should be wary of is that a Board is supposed to comprise of independent directors. But in reality, they're all mates, and can share directorships with multiple other companies.

    Going back to my old Executive Chair, he was also on the Audit Committee, and the Renumeration Committee. Now that was power.
