I know exactly what happened to RFE, they borrowed way too much money with ridiculous payback clauses. It wouldn't hurt to seek financial advice from experts to see if they can borrow money on reasonable terms, so that they get to keep the whole pie for themselves and don't have to share it.
If this the path was followed 6 months ago we wouldn't be at 1c now.
