I agree. US$2100 -2500 = A$3300-4000. Our Sept Qtr AIC was $2010, so RED is gonna be making huge margins and spitting out cash.
Add to the widespread war, US congress is leaderless and they will hit their funding ceiling yet again in just a few weeks; no-one knows how they'll get through, it looks like they'll really struggle this time so the risk of a long gov't shutdown is real.
US economy is under considerable stress and rate cuts will soon follow the current rate pause.
All this means the gold rally is only just getting started.
~45c gets us even with the other low-cost long-life producers now, which have $1.5b market caps. The hgher A$POG should float all boats to new highs so I see 45c as just the start.
