...i have a feeling that you have 'misread' UT...in his own words (from earlier in this thread):
" In 30 years I will own multiple properties of whatever value that have cost me nothing and have a steady stream of income coming in from them long into the future...."
he/she sounds like a fairly young person (not a seasoned investor), 'loaded' with debt (in 30 years to be payed off) and on multiple fronts.... and by the 'tone' of the posts, 'hanging on' the fact that it's own theory will 'work out' !
...otherwise...quick and imminent bankrupcy !
that would explain the 'self-important' approach to the topic...
...not that we should care much but...if we are talking to someone...we should be able to 'measure' them somehow...
