China reverses its ban on Australian wine

The Coalition's war of words against China led to bans on the import of many Australians products / massive tariff hikes.

Anthony Albanese promised Australian voters to do his best to persuade the Chinese that those tariff hikes / bans should be lifted. As of this morning China has also announced the removal of WINE from the list.

Credit is due to Penny Wong and to Albanese for so quickly undoing the near irreversible damage to our relationship with China caused by the abusive sabre-rattling comments targeting China spewed out on almost a regular basis by Scott Morrison and Peter Dutton.
