I think I also got it wrong about the geologist who didn't seem to have any success, record in lithium exploration.

She needs to be replaced too if she can't make it worked in next round of drilling.

Have a look at most others, geologists working for junior miners (here, Canada and elsewhere), they have all found more or less of economical resources.

We can't be playing by the books all the times. We're in a different high tech century. A lot of players nowadays are using some supportive methods, technical assists such as ANT or whatever it is - in order to reduce the miss.
