There's conflict of interest, entrenched interests, incompetence, inconsistency, and decisions made on the fly.
If this amounts to conspiracy, I'm not sure there is any need to prove it.
When you have an alignment of interests, conspiracies are redundant.
What we don't know is if the FDA will finally let this run.
The downrampers seem to imagine it will not. I want to know where they get their information from, because they cited targets well ahead and they cannot have known ahead what was planned....? I'm not given to conspiracy theories, but I do understand convergence of interests.
