For as long as Beijing keep manipulating the prices on RE and graphite amongst others they control.
Remember this not long ago - Myanmar supply is off again but they still continue to keep RE prices low and the reports are dubious such as Ski post given Beijing control such - rest are mouth pieces for Beijing.
