Interesting to read the background to your estimates. I started by applying a figure quoted by Scott, which was 25m is equiv to 4.1 Tscf then we agreed to adjust the estimates downward to allow for compaction. I must stress that my estimates were very approximate.
My best case assumed 15% NTG * 70% sand NTG * 900m (or 1200m), which gives 94.5m net pay in 900m. The 225m gross pay would have to be multiplied by 42% to match 94.5m net pay.
We should soon find out the real NTG from the M-2 data. All the best.
