You've mentioned something there that is not discussed enough - having the right workers.

Everybody that invests in mining stocks on the asx likely knows who Bill Beament is. There are very few operators in the industry of his calibre. Anyway, in a recent presentation he really drilled down the importance of his workers - that 90% of mines are run by blue collar workers.
Bills DVP has a few ventures, one of which is mining services where they basically tender to run others mines.
