    IMO it is a positive announcement:

    Lower ongoing costs & environment impact.

    Worldwide exclusive use by Globe (I interpret this that TCM have confidence GBE being a near producer).

    Globe agreeing to pay 15K quarter starting July '24 is, IMO a good sign that they intend to fulfill previous announcements P1 start dates.

    Hopefully we'll see the test results link to feasibility study (Q1 '24), DTM and finance sooner rather than later.

    I'm no mining expert, so does anyone see negatives here?
