    project is starting to feel closer to being real than at any given time in the past.

    This type of real-life build activity should get the market pricing in value...

    Unfortunately we have a limited retail float but nonetheless, we can easily find ourselves overvalued as much as we find ourselves undervalued.

    30m market cap sitting on a 3.7b EBITDA project - that can be retirement money if you are willing to take high-risk all or nothing here
