    Yes, we have all just taken a 30% haircut for this acquisition. It's a heavy price.

    23 cents is the same price Sonic entered a year ago.
    Sonic has their 32 cent options coming up for exercise in the near future.

    Safe to say the retail offer isn't going to fly but fully underwritten at a hefty price.
