I'm not looking to 'justify claims' Scott. I have made no claims. YOU have. And, you've provided a link I followed and found this:

"Indigenous children were more likely than non-Indigenous children to have had a substantiation in 2017–18 (48 per 1,000 children compared with 7.2 per 1,000)."
How do you explain this, Scott? SEVEN times more likely than non-indigenous children? This is your link, Scott. How else am I supposed to read this? How is 48 less than 7.2?
