A very interesting bit of information from recent STO Call STO have updated market about production of QLD CSG wells at Fairview with rates achieved per well of upto 8 TJ a day. This is well above what is been factored into COI valuations ( 2.5) so we may end up with a much more productive field, with less wells required having a massive impact on the economics of the field. We know already that Comet's assets are in a very productive fairway. Once they formalize the pipeline with Jemena, if STOs involvement results in a much bigger pipeline, ( almost certain) the chances of an eventual takeover will increase dramatically. As this unfolds, production from bass strait continues to decease, down over 30% YOY Mahalo production ready
