    I think what really needs to happen is an investigation into the massive dumps immediately prior to negative news getting released.

    It's happened before every major negative announcement the last 4 years.

    I don't think that's whats happening here, this was just a small volume and what happens when there's no shares trading and the stock is at a penny.
