I wanted to live in Peppermint Grove , it was my dream. How wonderful it would have been , however , reality kicks in.
I didn't blame anyone , I went and lived where I could afford.
Purchased land , built shed , lived in shed , built house.
Why didn't I just go to bank and borrow for the whole lot at once , and get a loan for the furniture and car as well?
Well , we called that living beyond our means.
