I think 3) can happen providing we can continue to be cashflow positive and NEW contracts plus Southampton contract is extended as suggested .Key will be confidence and that can only happen with continuing contracts news as opposed to talk of a pipeline.Top 10 shareholders need to hold and support as do management imo.
