Wayne: the “much anticipated ANN” was only much anticipated by:

a) New SH with no experience of ADOs track record.
b) Happy Clapper Club members who have overdosed on “Hopium”.

The rest of us are pretty well resigned to no deal with anyone at least until this bloody court case is finished. No company with any competent management would sign a binding agreement with a company caught up in serious court action. And Ferroglobe will drag that out as long as it can. Possibly bankrupting ADO in the process. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.
