Very interesting indeed.
I think that Biota and DS have learned from the Relenza deal and now look at ALL avenues to extraxt the most possible value out of Lani.
It maybe that DS will become the distributor of the ROW rights.
And if so they have my blessing.
Still early days but it makes me excited to see that they are carefull and making sure that they get the best possible deal.
