    Who would pay 1 cent a share when you can buy say 100,000
    shares via comsec for $920 (0.9 cent) and save $80? Even better still wait for buy at 0.8 cent and save $180. I suspect the taker ups of offer are supporting MST to survive but after allocation they still may not have a higher priced share.
