I honestly think the only feasible way for us to reach a final conclusion to this mess is the media. A teenager selling a $6 million Gekko and arranging it's refurb. A family member being paid $ millions. The crypto scam. The continuous fund raising through issue of shares. Possible tax fraud that dishonest people do. If the story gets picked up by a media giant it can force relevant gov agencies to act. Otherwise they could play this game for years.
