although directors cannot disclose however they can provide more details about current operations and in one on one meeting these investors probably get to assess the opportunity closely and in some cases they might have someone in their team who understands the technology and or product better than retail investors. Sophisticated investors going through a broker will try to lock in returns as soon as possible however if they found some strategic investor then they might hold on for medium to long term only if they can have some say in the strategic direction of the business. Although we know 2 years is almost over but it seems 18 to 24 months was just a guide. I don't think it translates into yes or no at that date. I just checked the guy from Fuji who commented in last press release 2 years back is still at Fuji. That is some relief i think.
