Not only Paul Brennan, but many more current and former management, senior staff, board members and their partners are on the register. Most have been there for years and barely budge. In many cases 10 years or more. Fossaert for example preceded DW. There are many more further down the list beyond 30. The top 20 are widely available, so I'm not unduly concerned about posting this.

For the newer followers of this stock, please treat the protestations of some shrill, moronic, uniformed "contributors" here, that claim that some board members and DW in particular are major sellers and/or "pumpers" of this stock, with the grain of salt that they deserve.

I've worked it out in the past, i'm not going to do it now. But from memory current and former insiders own about 10% of PNV. Is that a lot for a public company? I really don't know, however I suspect that it may be. In any case, like I said they have barely moved for years. For that matter the major insto's are surprisingly sticky as well. But I digress.
