The money will come from a placement or a credit raising.
Either way, existing shareholders have already been totally screwed/shafted and their investment diluted to dishwater.
The only fortunate aspect of this listing is that it is still trading and can be used as a tax loss - of which I have taken advantage of.
If this new group is tainted with the "entrepreneurial cowboy" brush as per the previous boards/management that has walked in and out the door of this listing - then it will be more of the same.
A story/pump for cash/ then use in fees, administration, consulting, and then walk.
