Cash flow forecasts have been prepared on this basis whereby Directors have determined that capital raisings of circa $1m will be required by end of November 2023 to support their going concern assessment.
As they don't have a hope in hell of raising 1 million in the next 5 weeks, and the companies cash flow forcasts are dependant on this, is AQX quite brazenly using this fantasy accounting to trade while insolvent? Are they allowed to do this kind of stuff
