Eccles10:2 this may be the case but surely this is a breach of continuous disclosure rules via the ASX (Listing rule 3.1), plus they also announced they were to hold an EGM in Oct (which is now impossible due to the timeframes required to shareholders).

Sure, they dont want to hold two and waste money but it costs them nothing for them to put out an announcement to the ASX. Fred doesn't care. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but in his mind its his company and we are just a pain in the ass. Given that I urge all to write to the ASX and as them to uphod their own rules:
