.....Maybe the ' Control ' aspect lies in the 40% via a transfer to IGO where Creasy holds over 10% stake and IGO's lithium division is via its 49% interest in Tianqi Lithium Australia . So there's your Chinese element as Tianqi Australia is the vehicle for Lithium holdings for Tianqi made outside of China.
Something like that anyway. So effectively if Creasy has 10% of IGO and 13 or whatever percentage of AZS and sells the 40% stake to IGO ,then effectively his holding in AZS increases indirectly and so does his effective ' Control '
It is curious though that the original trading halt didn't mention the reasons as being a revised bid or offer ......but just a ' Control ' matter.
