Looks like another test of $3.86 before another rally down to $3.65 again. Which will be tomorrow as the report comes out on Thursday give it a nice one day buffer to hit $3.86 which would be a 8% increase from new lowest prices in two months. As mention by @akgo01, a inverse h&s might be in play with the neckline being $4.
You can see how previous "bottom" have become significant resistances especially $4.36 and $4.40 when the decline first started. Sorry to say but we are not going to see any high $4 prices until next year honestly. A lot prices to break through for an uptrend... $3.86, $3.97, $4.06, $4.17, $4.24 and $4.36.
