"Until the MRE comes out resources at Andover are inferred. This is what SQM is relying on. Currently Azure has a batch of drill results that have not been interpreted to a recognised standard to provide a resource estimation."
I guess it goes both ways by this argument. Why don't SQM wait 3 months and AZS can release a circa 130mt MRE + more TA3 results.
Because SQM knows they will pay higher price in just 3 months time.
So if you are saying its unfair for SQM to pay any higher than $3.50 then what is their rush to secure control of AZS based on just your so called "blue sky" terminology. Just wait 3 months and SQM can pay non blue sky prices but with an official MRE backing. And it would be well north of $3.50 and they know it.
So you think a "new" metal is going to replace lithium in 6 months or the MRE will "have problems" ?
None of that makes any sense. Yours is one weird post.
No one here is demanding $6 now or very few. The most here including myself are looking at $4 to $5 ...something in that range we think is fair.
