It remains to be seen whether LYC are buying more on market, but the change of sub holder notice indicates they were willing to buy a few more above the 12c paid to Ferrum Crescent (they purchased more at 13c/13.5c).

Maybe they want to scupper the Chinese deal as others have mentioned.

I'm surprised the whole 12.5m didn't go to LYC, obviously someone else wanted a decent stake - unless they went to friendlies for a quick trade.
