Vey much agree with you bigcon.
So much of this end of the market is in the gutter and sentiment is rubbish, but as we all know it always turns around it's just a matter of when. So as the old saying goes- Time in the market beats timing the market!
I was content with my amount in DRE and had locked in my CGT discount but now it is a total bargain buy for me. As soon as funds permit, I will be loading up for the next 12-18 months.
