Taking it private = delisting.
My guess would be an offer of around $2.
Need to get to 90%?
or 90% happy to be delisted.
It would then be very illiquid if they aren't delisted.
If you can stay invested if delisted, it could be viewed as a Private Equity Investment,
and would likely have a decent payout (capital/sale or cashflow) in several years time.
