I always thought this is what would save AVL.
All the dead confident (arrogant ) holders despite their BFS that funding and construction will just magically fall into place, all it would take is a dumb politician with deep pockets and half of AVL could have been funded, if not more.

NAIF you would have to think is still in play as well, for TMT or AVL merged. If we only had the vanadium price as motivation for funding, it'd be tough for anyone, but throw in the whole battery usage, critical mineral, and having a top of class resource when the alternatives are mostly China and Russia, it provides some hope that government will put their money where their mouth is at some point.

It just has to remain the best resource Australia has to offer, and hope that it gets managed professionally going forward under whoever will be presenting it for funding.
