The safety and tolerability is hopefully going to kick a clear goal with a comment along the lines of "the drug was safe and well tolerated" with reference to any side effects people are familiar and comfortable with at only mild to moderate levels.
The efficacy however is likely to be more complex. Obviously hitting all or none would be very definitive but how should people react to doing well on some but not others? I'm sure this is something management has thought deeply about with all their experience to date but if I had Jon's ear as much as some on this site I would be discussing that kind of scenario. I have some thoughts but I'm not a parent of a child with PMS or any of these conditions and their opinions I'm hoping play an informing role.
