There should be more communication of these sort of developments, I agree. They tend only to update on these things at the same time as results reporting and therefore a lot of the incremental steps being made get lost in the detail and overshadowed. I'd say that's compounded by the fact that there is no quarterly reporting. This makes the periods between market updates too long, during which the SP is unsupported by any news and therefore will just drift in line with the overall sentiment, even if there is no strong justification for it.
With the point about ESG, workplace flexibility posts etc., what people tend to forget is that these are LinkedIn posts, much of it is aimed at attracting potential employees and building the recruitment pool. But again in the absence of more frequent news, more weight is inevitably going to get put on postings from the company on any and all social media.
