This is still a high risk investment. Not many instos willing to give up to 50% of the market cap regardless of discount. Many have rules that prevent over a certain percentage of holding.
So more a fact of where CHM sits in the market than a damning fact I think.
Its a hard ask for a $20million dollar company to raise $10million regardless of the science.
With the money the pipeline is secure for another 12months with 4 trials hitting arms. Without, development needs to be prioritised.
Short term pain for long term gain for some. Dummy outa the pram for others. Its a risk adverse market at the moment.
