While there are positive's in the report, unfortunately there's nothing there that convinces me to vote for any 'incentive or performance based' options at the AGM.
A positive for me would actually be for 'all' the BOD/Management to enter the register with genuine conviction (ie. a considerable amount of their own money), their incentive would then be to close deals which appreciate the SP considerably, isn't that incentive enough.
