The fact is, for many of these people, the Government is on their teat, until they go to the grave. Their way passed retirement age, no Gov benefits and yet the Gov still has the cheek to suck income tax off them. The fact that their not a burden on the Gov, at a certain age, you should Not have to pay any tax. It would give people incentive, to not be a leach off the Gov's. As the system is stacked at the moment, your penalized if you get off your ass and set yourself up. So, the incentive is to blow all your money through your life and become a parasite.
