geriatric woman lives in $5.5m federation house in paddington.....asset rich....cash poor....collects full pension.
she was complaining to me about the cost of living...
i promptly advised her to sell the house...buy a cheaper house, apartment and that way she'd have a tonne of spare cash in a term deposit....paying her decent annual income.
she promptly responded...."oh ?!...i cant do that....i cant have more that 150k in cash, otherwise i lose my pension".......
