With respect the share price action (or lack of it) doesn't matter, unless you're a share seller and not a share holder that is
They're obligated to get best result for the company not necessarily keep you happy along the way.
(Especially if they don't plan to need additional funds, so its arguably better signal you got a terse response instead of hype)
