the nature of them is risk adverse, whereas BL was in the trenches and saw the opportunity as a first mover.
I'm not sure they are risk averse after all the BOD has signed off on everything done to date but risk aware almost certainly and for good reason with cost blowouts on most projects and a declining concentrate price....
