2 questions: uk & cash needs

London or Tell, or anyone else with knowledge on this stock, a question:

1. what are the issues surrounding the UK in a nutshell? What is the worst possible outcome? and how does it effect the overall earnings of ISF?

2. why does this comapany have such a dire need for cash? it is profitable, has earnings etc yet it needs to sell stock at very low valuations to a scumbag vulure fund - in order to have cash for its day to day operations - there seems to be something very wrong - but I don't understand quite what
