Just looking over- Montney testing results .. I can see why the project didn't have a future in the present O&G marketplace with an oversupply of light oils/Nat Gas in USA (why they export so much of it and import heavier crude oils) ..
the Montney results showed a very much Nat Gas with some Gas Liquids upper+middle -8.3mmcf/d with liquids 417bbl/d
this was from two
Now the Blackspur projects are quite different with a mix of heavier oil + lighter oil + gas
around 2500bb/d mostly Oil + smaller part Gas Liquids (profitable)
8mmcf/d Nat gas (break even)
How was the Montney even seen as a great project ?
worth a watch-- breaks down the uses of the Lighter to Heavier oils..
