    It's an all cash deal, I'm not happy with that from a Capital Gains Tax perspective. I was hoping for an all scrip offer to give me the flexibility to sell after 12 months from my initial AZS purchases.

    If Pilbara Minerals come in with a counter offer for scrip, that'd be my No.1 preference.
