* Undiluted (shares only) market capitalisation of $75M. * Fully diluted (shares + options) market capitalisation of $94M. * Adjusted (shares + options less cash) fully diluted market capitalisation of $85M.
Realistically, I would suggest the market capitalisation is $85M at 3.2 cent share price.
For example, if a company has fully diluted market cap of $10M and have $4M cash in the bank. The non-cash assets of the company will be worth $6M. That is why it is best to subtract the potential cash proceeds from the options to value the company.
