Woolworths chairman Scott Perkins defends the retailer’s donation of $1.55m to supporting the ‘Yes’ campaign in the voice referendum, saying the money was handed to organisations that helped to educate the population about the referendum and to understand the proposition.
This quote from the Chairman at today's Woolworth's AGM is the greatest load of B/S ever.
If Woolworths were genuine about educating people about the Voice referrendum they would also have given $1.55m to the No campaign.
Shame on the Woolworths board and shame on the Chairman for pathetic non critical ttinkingh
