You may have missed "$5 million of cash receipts from the $10.4 million total was included in the record $48.2 million cash
receipts YTD to 20 October". Half of it has been signed sealed and delivered already, the other half would have been in undelivered contracts.
Another big cross against management credibility. Institutions are not going to buy in if they think that management is trying to pull the wool over their eyes.
