I would like to know who bought the other 445,000,000 Red5 shares? As when you look at the buying of Red5 shares from 30/08/2023-14/09/2023 and you leave say 10,000,000 shares for normal daily shares traded I get approx another 210,000,000 shares purchased up and above normal trading in Red 5 shares during this time. Then add the other 205,000,000 shares bought on the 15/09/2023 you get a total of approx 405,000,000 also taking off 10,000,000 on the 15th for normal trading in Red 5. Take out the approx SLR 11% purchase of Red5 shares announcement rounded up 390,000,000 = 15,000,000 left over + the 440,000,000 shares purchased on Monday the 18/09/ 2023 leaves me approx 445,000,000 unaccounted for? Who is the owner? Surely this super large amount still unaccounted for is way above 5% of the market cap and needs to be disclosed to the ASX.
SLR could have bought the other parcel and maybe has a broker is doing a further ring around to the larger share holders who would like to sell at X cents before they announce a take over of all of Red 5 shares?
They or any other major Gold company would be picking Red 5 up for a 50% discount in todays market and we all know including all the majors where the price of Gold in headed in the next 3-5 years.
The only explanation I see is SLR or some other Gold company has bought the other Red 5 shares 445,000,000 in a number of different company names to fly under the radar.
