    • ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO DIVEST ITS 19.5% STAKE IN PROPTECH LABS
    • ON COMPLETION OF SALE, CO WILL REALISE A 30.9% OVERALL PRE-TAX RETURN ON ITS ORIGINAL INVESTMENT OF A$6.25M
